Coaching, Consulting, and Advocacy for Adolescents and Young Adults with Disabilities
At ADAptable Acceptance, my mission is to help people with disabilities and executive function challenges navigate the transition to adulthood.
Throughout K-12, there is a lot of support available for children and teens with disabilities. But once they finish high school, those resources seem to decrease significantly, even though these young people may not be ready to face the world on their own.
Whether they are headed to college, have a vocational goal, long-term post-graduate/professional plans, or just need support in developing independent living skills, I am here every step of the way.
I help identify potential barriers to independence, find strategies, resources and supports to overcome them, and help each individual achieve their best possible outcomes.
